2. Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store at pampino.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Formation of Contract A contract is formed when you submit your order and receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline orders.

4. Prices and Taxes All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT in accordance with Austrian law. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

5. Payment We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

6. Delivery and Shipping We ship to Austria, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at fischbacher.designsupport@gmail.com. Please note: For hygiene products (e.g., certain baby items) that have been unsealed, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

8. Returns and Refunds Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

9. Warranty In accordance with Austrian and EU law, we provide a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Product Safety All baby products sold by Pampino comply with applicable EU safety standards and CE marking requirements where applicable. Always follow age recommendations and safety warnings provided with each product.

11. Liability Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Zell am See, Austria. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Online Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
